Liability for contents

We have taken great care in preparing the contents of our webpages. Nevertheless, we cannot accept any liability for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents. As a provider of services, pursuant to section 7 subsection 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are responsible for our own contents on these webpages in line with the general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 TMG, the providers of services are not required to monitor transmitted or stored information provided by third parties, nor to actively investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. This shall be without prejudice to an obligation to remove or block the use of third-party information in accordance with general laws. Our liability in this respect shall only apply from the moment we obtain knowledge of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements of rights, we will remove the corresponding contents immediately.

Liability for links

Our information includes links to external websites operated by third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for such third-party contents. Responsibility for the contents of linked webpages will always rest with the respective providers or operators of the websites. Linked pages were examined for potential infringements at the time of linking. At the time of linking, no illegal contents were found. However, permanent monitoring of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of unlawful content. Whenever we obtain knowledge of any infringement, we will remove the corresponding links immediately.

Copyright

The contents and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Any reproduction, editing, dissemination or any other kind of usage beyond the limits of copyright requires the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads or copies of this website are only allowed for private, non-commercial purposes.

Insofar as the contents of this website were not created by the operator, the corresponding third-party copyrights are respected. In particular, contents of third parties are identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we obtain knowledge of any infringement, we will remove the contents concerned without undue delay.

Data privacy

As a general rule, our website can be used without having to provide personal data. Wherever we collect personal data on our webpages (such as name, address or e-mail addresses), the user will usually provide such data, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. We will never pass on such data to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) is never free from security gaps. Complete protection against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.

We hereby expressly object to contact data published as part of the mandatory information given in our Legal Notice section being used for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. spam e-mails.
